Driven by a passion for education and a knack for strategic problem-solving, Janice has built a diverse career spanning teaching, corporate training, commercial operations project management, commercial finance, and most recently, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis). She brings a unique perspective honed by experience and thrives in roles requiring analytical thinking and process improvement.
Janice graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's in Middle School Education in English and Mathematics, and then Northern Kentucky University with a Master's in English.
Outside of the office, she's a busy mom of four and finds joy in cooking, running, organizing (yes, really), reading, and connecting with her community through her neighborhood book club.
